Emirates Airline Edinburgh 7s Ambassador Roger Baird enjoyed a hatty welcome to the role from members of Scotland's sevens squad at Murrayfield today. Ex internationalist Roger lined up alongside the sombrero sporting stars - Scott Forrest, Ali Warnock and James Thompson - fresh from Scottish Thistles' victory at the recent 125th Melrose 7s, where Roger's association with sevens began as a seventeen-year-old recipient of a Melrose Sevens ' winners medal.
