With the Emirates Airline Edinburgh 7s coming to Murrayfield Stadium this weekend, the teams and a special dance act prepare to dazzle the crowds.
 
An 80-strong dance troop made up of secondary pupils from Perth and Kinross will perform an eye-catching dance performance during one of the entertainment intervals of the IRB Sevens Series finale.

The “Move it” dance initiative is run by the educational and events specialist Pro-Excel and looks to get school kids fit and active during the holidays, as well as helping them realise the importance to exercise and team-work. 
 
Liam O’Reilly an organiser at Pro-Excel said: “This experience means an awful lot to the students.  They have worked incredibly hard to get to this stage, undertaking a rigorous audition schedule and training for 30 hours in one week.

“The project is underpinned by forming new friendships, working cohesively as a teamin order to helping young people challenge themselves to be the best they can be.

“They'll never forget the experience.”
